Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be requested with a minimum 30-day notice period. We require this time to process the cancellation and ensure a smooth transition for both parties.

Cancellation Process:

• To initiate the cancellation process, please submit a written request via support@formidable.domains at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date.
• Our team will acknowledge your request and guide you through the necessary steps to complete the cancellation process.

Prorated Billing:

• If your cancellation request is received within the notice period, your account will be billed on a prorated basis until the effective cancellation date. This ensures fair billing for the services utilized during the notice period.

Termination of Services:

• Services will be terminated on the last day of the notice period. It is essential that all data including files and databases are backed up and download for any data or files you wish to retain, as access to our services will be discontinued after the cancellation date.
   

Refund Policy:
 

No Refunds:

• Formidable Technology does not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided.

Exceptions:

• In rare cases of demonstrable billing errors or exceptional circumstances, Formidable Technology may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the transaction.

Unused Portions:

• Unused portions of prepaid services are non-refundable. We recommend coordinating cancellations to coincide with the end of prepaid billing cycles to maximize the value of your subscription.

Delivery Policy:

• Delivery charges are not applicable for our hosting and domain name services, as they are delivered electronically.

 

Time Frames for Delivery:

• Hosting services: Delivery of hosting services will commence promptly at the beginning of each month for the respective month. It is important to note that access to hosting services is contingent upon payment in full.
• Domain names: Delivery and activation of domain name services are automatically scheduled upon successful payment for each year for the entire year. 
• Like hosting services, access to domain name services is contingent upon payment in full.

 

Restrictions:

• Please be aware that the delivery of services is subject to compliance with our terms of service and any applicable laws and regulations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-compliance with our terms or failure to fulfill payment obligations.

 

Payment Terms:

• Hosting services: Payment for hosting services is due in advance at the beginning of each month for the respective month.
• Domain names: Payment for domain name services is due in advance at the beginning of each year for the entire year.
• Please note that the delivery of hosting and domain name services will only take place once payment in full has been received.

 

Additional Information:

• For your convenience, payment can be made online though our portal by debit or credit card.
• By agreeing to recurring card payments, the client acknowledges and authorizes that on the invoice due date, the provided card will be automatically billed for the total current outstanding balance. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the card to cover the payment.
• We highly recommend ensuring that all card details remain current to ensure uninterrupted service.
